Need assessment:

The OD Heads conduct a needs assessment on the training and development of the existing workforce.

Develop training programs:

They also develop training programs based on the need assessment and training gap analysis.

Develop communication mechanism:

They employ different media to spread training material, use bulletin and newsletters to spread knowledge and information about employee training.

Follow up studies:

They conduct follow up studies and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of previous training programs.
