The head of recruitment is responsible for all the recruiting strategies that ensure the top-notch talent in the organization.


The head of recruitment works with the key stakeholders of the organization in order to understand the workforce requirements.


The head of recruitment plays a key analytical role by recruiting a technically skilled and data-driven team for the organization.

Other Duties:

The head of recruitment also performs the duties delegated by the Employer and Chief HR Officer.
