The VPs, Heads, or officials in equivalent positions deal with inclusion, diversity, equality, and equity. Their role is of key importance in the company. Their job responsibilities include the following:

Diversity inclusion and management policy:

They devise, implement and align the company’s inclusion, diversity, equality, and equity policies with state and international regulations.

Engage in IDE-related policy-making:

They take DEI-based initiatives to assist in hiring, training, retention, performance management, and decision making.

Effective complaint management system:

They plan, execute and monitor a complaint management system related to IDE to resolve the issues of existing or prospective employees.

Awareness programs:

They conduct IDE-related awareness programs within the organization to make the workforce and management aware of company policies, deal with IDE-related issues, and the ways to create a positive all-inclusive culture.
